Alexander Alexandrowitsch Barykin, born on February 18, 1952, in Berjosowo, was
a Russian singer and musician. He began his musical journey as a child, singing
and playing guitar in an amateur band named Allegro. In the early 1970s, Barykin
started performing in local clubs and events, gaining recognition in the Moscow
music scene. His professional career began in 1973 with various Soviet
vocal-instrumental ensembles (VIA), including Moskwitschi and Vesjolye rebjata.
