The Airmen of Note, a jazz ensemble based in the United States, was established
in 1950 as part of the United States Air Force Band. Formed to continue the
legacy of Major Glenn Miller's Army Air Forces Orchestra, the group initially
consisted of 18 professional musicians and quickly became known for its touring
performances across the United States, Europe, and Asia. The band released their
