Ahmad Band
Ahmad Band, an Indonesian rock supergroup, was formed in 1998 by Ahmad Dhani.
Initially conceived as a solo project, Dhani assembled the band to avoid being
labeled a solo singer and to explore themes beyond love and relationships. The
group released their debut album Ideologi Sikap Otak in July 1998, featuring
notable songs such as "Distorsi" and "Aku Cinta Kau dan Dia." Ahmad Band became
inactive after 1999, with Dhani and Andra Ramadhan focusing on Dewa 19. In 2021,
the band reunited with a new lineup that included Thomas Ramdhan, Yoyo Prasetyo,
Stephan Santoso, and Ikmal Tobi...
