Agnes Emilia Carlsson (March 6, 1988), or simply Agnes, is a Swedish pop singer
who jumped into the public eye after winning the second season of reality music
competition Swedish Idol. Born in the city of Vänesborg, she took violin lessons
from a very young age and then went on to sing in several choirs before
auditioning for Swedish Idol in 2005. She was crowned winner of the show after
