Adán Cristóbal Cruz, born September 18, 1992, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico,
began recording rap at 13 and initially shared his songs through MySpace.
Inspired by Mexican acts including Cartel de Santa and Control Machete, as well
as rock groups such as Linkin Park, he completed early independent albums in
2009 and 2011 before establishing himself as Adán Cruz. His 2014 album Ruido, el
Silencio y Yo included “Ey Pa” and “No Doubt,” while the expansive Quiérelo
followed in 2015 with “We Made a Plan,” “Charla Pendiente,” and “Por los Que
