A Silent Film
A Silent Film, an English alternative rock band from Oxford, was formed in 2005
by Robert Stevenson and Spencer Walker. The band released their first recording,
the EP The Projectionist, in 2007. Their debut album, The City That Sleeps,
produced by Sam Williams, was released in 2008. The single "You Will Leave a
Mark" topped the Portuguese download singles charts and reached number 38 on
Billboard's Hot Modern Rock Tracks. A Silent Film toured extensively with bands
